Cannot receive calls outside of Fongo network

Cannot receive calls outside of Fongo network
I'm Fongo's new customer.
Few days ago I got reply from Fongo support that my phone number porting is complete, and after that my service is canceled with my old provider.
I received and connected the device Fongo sent to me, and I'm able to make calls but I cannot receive any from outside Fongo network.
My number is responding only if I'm dialing my number using Dell Voice application.
If I try to dial using my cell phone or land line phone I cannot receive any calls.
I have Grandstream HT701 device.
I send few support requests to Fongo support but nobody is replying to me.
Can you please HELP!

This is really an account level problem by the sounds of it and forum members can't really help you.

What would help is the error message other people are getting. Also the phones you are trying, are they all on the same network? I.E. is the land line and cell both on Bell? The reason I ask is it could be that Bell (or whoever is your provider) is not routing the call properly, rather than this being a Fongo issue. Have you tried from different phone networks?
If you have tried from other different phone companies and still can't get through, try emailing support at the address in that other thread. One thing I will add is some people have found it takes a day or so before their ported number seems to 'click' into place, but I see it has already been a few days from your post.

I tried from Rogers cell phone, Telus wireless, Fido, Vonage phone network, VOIP.MS SIP network and Skype nothing is working.
I also send few emails to Fongo support but nobody respond to me. The last open Ticket # I have is Ticket# 572

Hi. yesterday I recieved an email that porting my number from BELL to a Freephoneline (Fongo) was complete. I changed the number in ATA and I can make outgoing calls without a problem. The caller ID shows the correct number. But when I try to call my home phone from other phones such as cell phones, I imediately recieve an automatic message that says, "the number you have reached is not in service." I tried the Bell mobility and Kodoo cell phones and the same message comes up. Also very strange things occur when i try to call to my home phone, from other BELL ground line phone, the call goes through, but it doesn't go to the phone that is connected to the ATA but rather to my old phone that is still connected to the BELL ground line (I think this ground line is supposed to be disconnected since yesterday.) I also called BELL customer service to cancel my account, and they said that the number (4166654371) is already removed from their list, this means that the FPL (Fongo) has finished the porting process. In my opinion, I sense that something is wrong with the porting, so can you please help me with this problem. Before everything was working in my advantage. Thank you in advance.
