Status Page incorrect

Post by buritto »

While its great to have a network status page showing that incoming calls are working. It is in fact NOT working as I just tested. Now what Fongo!!!? I'll send an email (again) to tech support as your Status thread says. Other than that????

It's 100 minutes past your post time and my 2 FPL lines are working. Are you still having the problem?

This is nuts Fongo. I have only had a proper working phone the first maybe 5 days of service then all hell broke loose along with many other people. Around Christmas tech supported updated my firmware which worked for a whopping 3 days then back to not getting incoming calls. I tested the phone 5 minutes ago and it's still not ringing. Not going to voicemail either. Rings twice then a busy signal. I've sent you a PM as requested weeks ago and sent another email today to tech support as Fongo requested in the new Network Status announcement thread. I said I was patient but this is down right pathetic. So again I'll tell you that I'm not getting incoming calls. It's a plug and play device, followed the setup instructions as givin but something on your end must be wrong. I don't mind fiddling with settings and what not so if that's the case please PM me instructions.
