When I try to call my fongo home phone (incoming) I get this message "this account number is not valid" (3 times) then it hangs up. I've contacted the sales/porting department since 1/28 (day of port) but have no responses.
Anyone know what the issue is? I'm using obi100 and have no issues making an outgoing call.

Did you receive a Confirmation Email stating Porting process had been completed ?

Yes I received the confirmation email that it will be complete 1/28. Looks like its finally fixed. My phone rang today in the afternoon from Livehive system so they must have fixed the issue.
