Time/date setting for VM--5 hours off
Anybody know how fongo calculates time and date for voicemail? When I call in to pick up messages and press 4 to hear when a message was left, the fongo operator gives a time that is 5 hours later than it really was.
I'm in Toronto with a 647 area code. Also I subscribe to fongo home phone so they know where I live.
Can I change this from my end?

Got the same problem since I purchased Fongo home service in 02/2012.
Really no idea what's causing that.

Thanks @seagame that does sound logical. However I bought it preconfigured from fongo due to my lack of technical know-how, hoping everything would be plug & play. Really don't want to chance faffing it up when it's otherwise running so good. Appreciate your help though.

Good idea Mike, I actually tried that ("time/date") and didn't find anything. What search term should I be using?

Re: Time/date setting for VM--5 hours off
I have experienced the same problem. The first vm if off by hours but subsequent messages the same day are fine.
I searched using voice, mail, time, lag and got 174 results which I didn't bother combing through as they brought up any recent posts about incoming voice mail instead of the service working properly.
The mods here think that 13 year olds are posting voip trouble messages and treating us accordingly.
