While attempting to turn on my Grandstream Handytone-286 analog telephone adapter, i accidentally plugged in the wrong DC voltage adapter. When I did so it burned and smoke came out. I need this analog telephone adapter replaced as soon as possible, as it was for my home number. Thank you.
