Anyone know my Authentication Password for my Grandstream HT701?
I reset it despite the advice of the "do not reset" label over the button.
No one from Fongo will return my calls or emails to help me out.

Re: Authentication Password
If you have Home Phone, the only way you can get the details back is to get it from support.
Your best bet will be to PM fongo_neil on Monday.

Re: Authentication Password
Do note that warranty is voided if the "warranty void if reset sticker" is removed. Is there a particular reason it was reset? There's generally no circumstances where a reset proves to be useful as the devices are all pre-configured and even hand tested before leaving our warehouse.
Support will need to follow-up with you to send the password back.

Yes, support will need to follow up.
I signed up with a company affiliated with Dell. I went with Fongo instead of some other Voip provider because of their affiliation with Dell....a company known for their customer service. That was early Jan 2013. When my ATA adaptor arrived around Jan 9th I was still able to get ahold of Fongo to clarify a quick question regarding setup.
It never worked well. I was lucky to have 12hrs of connection per day. I gave it a week, tried to call customer service again but they were no more. I tried emailing. Just got automated reply that it would be a few days. I gave it a few days...nothing. Then, I tried resetting it, entered all the settings as outlined here, and found I need a password that I never knew existed. Then I tried emailing more, I tried leaving messages for the accounting dept' and the corporate relations departments. I sent service requests. Now, I make a public plea for my password and I'm told customer service will need to contact me.
You have my cell number
Thanks,
Jeff.

Re: Authentication Password
Hello. Fongo?? Are you there??
I still can't use my phone.....still just need the password. I'm just waiting for support to "follow up" with me.
you can reply on this forum, you can email me in reply to one of my support requests, you can call my cell phone....
but you don't. Why is that?
