I was about to port by business number to Fongo and pay monthly fees and all, amazing service!
Only one MAJOR problem is cancelling all my plans.
When a customer call our FongoWorks number and pick for example #1
It rings only 22 seconds, then drop the call!! Dropping the call?????
I dont understand why? I want customer to wait until line is picked.
Everything is set up the right way in my FongWorks account.
In "Call handling" setting I have selected "Forward".
I dont want to use voicemail.
Please help! I have tested with my brother FongoWorks account and it's same exact problem.
