Call dropped after 22seconds of waiting???

I was about to port by business number to Fongo and pay monthly fees and all, amazing service!

Only one MAJOR problem is cancelling all my plans.

When a customer call our FongoWorks number and pick for example #1

It rings only 22 seconds, then drop the call!! Dropping the call?????

I dont understand why? I want customer to wait until line is picked.

Everything is set up the right way in my FongWorks account.

In "Call handling" setting I have selected "Forward".

I dont want to use voicemail.

Please help! I have tested with my brother FongoWorks account and it's same exact problem.

Well that doesn't seem very friendly at all. I'm not sure that anyone on the forum will be able to help with this though as it seems it is more system related.

My suggestion would be to send in a support ticket and get them to answer this way. The forum is more community run and while there are lots of very knowledgeable people here to help out, somethings we are just not able to help with.

Send in a ticket here, there is an option for Fongo Works int he drop down https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Sending a PM to Fongo Support here on the forum with the ticket number that you would have been given can sometimes get a bit of extra attention to your matter.

Let us know how you get on as this seems a bit of an oversight in the system. No business would every want a call to just get dropped.
