Not Receiving SMS for New Account

I'm attempting to sign up for a Fongo Works account. The initial page where you enter your name, company name, address, etc and pick a Fongo number works fine. It then transitions to a page that says I'll receive an SMS code but I never receive one. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a know issue atm?
