Not Receiving SMS for New Account

I'm attempting to sign up for a Fongo Works account. The initial page where you enter your name, company name, address, etc and pick a Fongo number works fine. It then transitions to a page that says I'll receive an SMS code but I never receive one. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a know issue atm?

A screenshot of the page below. The message on the page is also odd - the phone number that it's going to send an SMS message to appears to be missing.

At the moment, there appears to be a "partial outage" for account services (including registration): https://status.fongo.com/.

I would suggest submitting a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. I usually allow for 48 business hours normally. But now I would expect a longer delay for ticket responses due to COVID-19.

Thanks for the reply Liptonbrisk. I opened a support ticket and will wait a couple of days.
