Porting number

Hi,
I opened of free fongo work account, I have a free generated number that fongo give us.

After, I have ported my phone number.

I received today, the email saying the port is finish, but when I call my phone number I have a message saying: THIS ACCOUNT NUMBER IS NOT VALID.

What to do ?

HELP- "This account number is not valid" message
