service down
The freephoneline SIP service has been down since at least last night. My box has been trying to register and not succeeding at all. Please indicate what kind of outage this is: maintenance, emergency, etc.
Also, it would be great if at some point during the down-time, somebody could post a forum message with a brief explanation and an ETA on how long you think it'll take for it to come back.
Also, a general question: Why has your service become so unstable in the past several weeks?

Can you PM me your number? All our office ATAs are working so I need to try and duplicate the problem to get more attention to it. We've only taken maybe 3 calls this morning from people with this issue, so it seems incredibly isolated

Mine also down since last nite. PM sent to boss man. Still down.
Sorry. It was my fault. Kids moved desk and broke line, found out after I got home from work and did some trouble shooting. Great service from FPL, and the best part is, its free.

Mine's been down since about 1p today and intermittently before that. My VOIP line from another provider has been fine throughout. (I'd mention the other provider but I don't want to break any forum rules).

Yes, I'd like to confirm that mine and my brother's service is down, and we both use hardware devices. Please fix it, guys .

At this rate we are looking at other networks and systems, this system is fantastic but the stability of the actually third party server conflicts with FPL.
