Hi, in the call logs it only shows the number but not the name associated with it.
I also currently have voip with Acanac and their logs shows both name and number in their call logs.
If that is too much information for the servers to store, may I suggest removing the disconnect time.
The connect time and duration of the call is good enough for most people.
Thanks

Re: Call logs don't show name
Storing data such as name & number requires almost no space at all.
I haven't had the chance use Acanac, but is the CID & CNAM display only on outgoing calls from your phone, possibly saved contact entries in your phone book? Or for all calls.
Another option here is that Acanac pays for CNAM dips, in which a portion of your monthly bill would contributing to this, you could also simply ask them how this is done - Perhaps it is easily implemented...

Re: Call logs don't show name
No, Acanac displays names of incoming calls that are not from my contact list.
Their logs also go back at least 6 months.
It is quite useful to see who called. Somtimes a person/business you are expecting a call from could be using another number then the one you are expecting.

I second that and was about to start a topic about it when I found this one using the search feature.leafian wrote:No, Acanac displays names of incoming calls that are not from my contact list.

It's a pity we are not enjoying that feature yet.
