I thought we were able to use the same telephone number we already have. I thought I read that
we could. My freephoneline number is not the same. :?

You have to pay to port your number in to FPL. Costs $25 and takes 1-4 weeks. Mine went smooth enough, I think it took about a week and a half.

You also need to pay for a config file IIRC,

$50 + $25 + HST
