I had my old number ported to FPL. They did it in 2 weeks and it went off without a hitch. Since replacing that switch a few weeks ago, the quality has been outstanding. I am very happy with the service and just wanted to let anyone who was thinking about going this route to go ahead and do it. The quality of my calls is just as good as my old Telus POTS line! Thanks to Steve and everyone at FPL! Happy new year to all.....
