Flat-rate Canada wide option?

I read on a DSLreports review that there's a $4 flat-rate canadian long distance option but I can't find it on the site. Does it still exist? (for areas outside the few cities included in the free calling area)

They are most likely referring to our Worldline.ca service - we used to also offer it under the freephoneline name prior to vouchers becoming available. At this time, I don't know if there are any plans to bring it back, but it's certainly still available through Worldline if you're interested. This is also a two-stage dialing service, as opposed to direct dial like our vouchers.
