Voice mail Not Accessible from FPL Website

It's been about 4 months now since I contacted support on this issue. I'd say support has been told about the issue at least 6 times now - I call every couple of weeks and bring up the issue again. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing the same problem and maybe this might prompt further investigation from the support / development team.

Issue: Voicemail is not accessible from FPL website. We can receive vmail using the phone. Vmail also forwards to email. The FPL voicemail webpage is just blank.

We've played with the vmail options many time. Currently, it's set to 'Copy'.

Just sharing. It's a free service...can't really complain too much.

Yikes, I've never had that problem. Steve is definitely the person to deal with on this, but if you're interested in more troubleshooting on your end:
- Does this happen on a different web browser? (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Opera, etc...)
- Does this happen on a different computer?
- Do you have add-ins/plugins/extentions/etc to block web contents (eg. ads, referrals, etc)?
- Is your web browser allowing cookies?
- Have you tried logging in from the main page instead of the voicemail link? (sometimes it makes a difference)

I've never had this problem and hope it gets fixed soon for you!

Appreciate the suggestions. All tried. Brand new laptop...nice and clean...same issues.
