It has been made clear in other posts that it is a bit harder to find the software/softphone download links on the website. Recently, they have made a re-appearance inside the ACCOUNT area, where they can actually be found, relatively easily.
However, the link from the SITEMAP page sends one to the REGISTRATION area. I can see the wisdom in making someone log on to an existing account to download the software, if that was indeed the desired affect, but there should be a separate page then that says "You must log into your account before you can download the software."
Futhermore, as posted in the thread (http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic ... 308#p16308), I think that we can make the software download page even more informative by displaying the current VERSION NUMBER on the download page.
This would make it easier to identify when an updated version has been released and should be downloaded. Should be a fairly easy addendum.
