softphone call logs

I guess it is account wide ... but --

Logging in to check the call logs, I notice that since the latest tariff "re-do", some destinations are only showing as CANADA, with no further information (such as city name).

Checking the rate-lookup table and selecting CANADA, SHOW ALL, I can see that it looks like a "tariff table" almost -- a lot of the information in the NPA-NXX is not populated with anything or than $0.02 or - (free). Most of the NPA-NXX's that appear in the City-List are populated, some even with misspellings (and this is how it also appears in the call log!!) ...

Overhaul required? Just pointing out what I have observed!

Also -- if we are back at "suggestion central", could we add a "DOWNLOAD AS CSV" option to the call log on the web interface? I would find that useful!

Thanks Steve. I know it is way down the list of things to add, but it is a simple add-on/change to make, one which many users would find useful, I am sure, especially if they want to check for incorrect charges/overbilling ...

I bring that up because of the recent tariff changes which have modified some ratecenters --- some formerly free are now toll, and some former toll are now free; I am not affected as I have no "credit" on my account, other than having calls either fail or succeed!

No matter how "far down" our "list" you may think it is, if you do not tell us, we have no way of knowing. by letting us know you help us to improve our service for you and everyone else that is looking for a free phone. :)
