Is it possible to have a list of blocked numbers (no call at all) or go directly to the voicemail ?

I know this suggestion was put in a while back.. admin might know more about whether it ever went anywhere.
To be honest, although it would be handy, it would also be turned down for an easy reason: we'd loose termination fees. Being a CLEC, we make all the incoming termination fees on calls into our network. If we start turning calls away by blocking them, we loose money. If we loose money, then "free"phoneline may have to cut back if we want to stay free
