text messaging is really just for the mobile app (as texting is generaly just used on cell phones)

I chat on my desktop (using Digsby for msn, facebook & google chat, etc) why not sms as well?

in some case it would be great to have access to sms on your desktop application : I work in a 2nd basement, cell signals are not available ... could be great to receive my SMS sand being able to answer from dell voice /fongo desktop app
