Software will not load
I registered and got email with code.
Received the call asking for code and keyed it in.
But cant get software to load. keeps telling me username or password is wrong which i am sure both are correct.
What now ?

I just set it up and get the same problem. I click on Register and it shows that I already am.

Have you ever registered for an account before? I would start by clearing out your cache and trying again.

I registered for the first time today. When I try to launch the installed app and login in, I get the error incorrect username or password.

Midnightmike65, which software phone are you using?
I am going to go out on a limb and say you might be using the wrong version; the different versions are for different media partners (Being Budphone, ZPhone, etc..) and for each respective media partner there is a different set of login credentials.
Please be sure you're using http://budphone.ca/download
I've logged in to the Budphone.ca Software Phone using your login credentials successfully.
Additionally, login credentials are case sensitive and I see the first letter of your email is a capital 'M'.
