Service not working Sunday morning 18/03

Once again my 2 accounts would not register Sunday morning for hours now - frustrating
Website also slow and not responsive.

It's out here in Belleville, ON also. I accidentally posted in customer service thinking it was an issue with my recently ported number. Does Fongo not have a service outage thread?

To all posting also post the first 6 # of your phone number. It might help get the problem resolved faster if it's isolated to just one sector.

I think this is system wide. It's been down since about 6:30EDT. Even the unavailable call forward isn't working.

Actually, best way is to CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT (as both of Mike/Steve's sigs say) ... I do not recall Steve working Sundays ...

My only problem is that FPL is my only line that I can use, so I am screwed ...

778-300 and 778-803 accounts.

Is this affecting DV as well?

Logging into FPL, I get an "unable to connect to internet, check firewall" and then "-1" in a separate window.

Note also that the ACCOUNT LOGIN page on the website for FPL is not working, nor can I get any part of the FPL website to load PERIOD.

DV website loads, as does their account login.

Fongo site loads but very slowly!

i can confirm the fpl login page does not load anymore and the rest of the site is extremely slow and most of the time doesn't load at all. Returns a 503 Service Unavailable error sometimes.

Update - dial tone just returned as of 10:46am here. Web site still seems to be down though.

Now getting 503's also for Fongo and FPL.

Just signed up a DV account, and it seems to be working ...

Cannot recall off the top of my head what the FPL hours were ...

EDIT: pulled a cached version of the contact us form, and it lists no SUNDAY hours.

Too bad I don't have a NOC contact number ...

Dell Voice doesn't work either even thou it registers just fine.

My newly registered DV account calls out --- I just made some test calls from it (778-300 Vancouver #) out to a few other local numbers here. Audio is VERY VERY VERY choppy, and the "call setup" phase takes a long time, but it is working for me (Vancouver # from NEAR Vancouver).

I would suspect that the server-farm is aware that something is down and are swapping out parts and stuff then --- dunno if anyone at FPL/Fongo/DV is aware, but if it starting to be intermittent, then either we are cascading thru redundancies (and failing) or someone is working at this problem from the server-side.

FPL hours are: Mon-Fri 8am-9pm, Sat 9am-5pm, Sun: closed... FPL phone number: 416-477-2010

I've had a lot of problems with connections, maybe due to firewall settings. So this morning, when the phone is down, I spent hours trying different configurations of my router, without any success.

Also call forwarding doesn't work, as when i tried calling my own number from my cell, it returns a busy tone, instead of forwarding to my "follow me number".

Same here - My Cisco SPA504G 4-Line IP-Phone is not registering with sip.fongo.com proxy. My other 3-lines are registering Ok with other VoIP providers - but not with sip.fongo.com proxy as of early this morning (Sunday).
