FPL Down - Tuesday 5th of March - 1250hrs

FPL Down - Tuesday 5th of March - 1250hrs
I do not have any registration on the ATA here in Burlington, Ont. All was fine about 30 mins ago when calls were made.
I gather there appears to be an issue currently. Anyone else experiencing similar problems.
Update - The configuration I have used for 2 yrs! With the other posts I suspect registration is down!
Update - 1345hrs - I switched the server to "voip2.freephoneline.ca" and registation was successful. I was originally on "voip.freephoneline.ca" when the problem occurred. Hope this help other users!
Update - 1355 hrs- I switched back to "voip.freephoneline.ca" and registration failed. Returned it back to "voip2.freephoneline.ca" and registration is successful. I would suspect the "voip.freephoneline.ca" server has a problem.
Update - 1600 hrs- I switched back to "voip.freephoneline.ca" and registration was successful. So I suspect the issue earlier has been resolved. I will remain on this server for now, but its good to know if this occurrs again users can test the other server being "voip2.freephoneline.ca". Let hope no issues come up again and we run smooth for a long time in the future.

VOIP down again?
3 different PAP2/PAP2T now cannot login to the servers yet http://status.fongo.com/ shows all services up. I also noticed there is now no way to contact someone for support over the telephone. What the hell is wrong with this picture? I can't even find-out what's wrong with a new account they just setup that keeps going to voicemail. This is rediculous and very crappy customer support indeed. Bring back the live customer support people please! Oherwise I will be forced to move everyone I've ever brought to them to another VOIP provider. This is not how you do business, unless you're trying hard to close your doors.

Free phone line phone down
Hi,
I have erroneously posted in other section so now posting in Freephone.ca section.
My Freephoneline.ca phone which had been working fine over couple of years just stopped working today.
Checked the internet connection which is fine and the greenline on the ATA is also there but I do not have dialtone and can not make or receive calls.
Tried switching power off on the ATA and putting it back on after a few minutes but nothing is working.
I logged on to my Freephone line account and in settings I just noticed that SIP status is shown as Disconnected. I do not know why this is showing the status as disconnected.
I need help in resolving this as I do not have any other home phone line. How to contact customer support team of Freephoneline.ca to have this fixed.

OP nice job on the VOIP2.freephoneline.ca , i didnt know there was another server. voip.freephoneline.ca is down since 12pm march 5 but voip2.freephoneline.ca is working no problem.

mine went down too. Was working this morning. Maybe around 1pm EST it went down or so.
i just changed the proxy to voip2 and it is working. will change it back when they fix the issue.

I notice my "not registered" light shows a lot and its been like that since early today.
Can anyone advise of Changes to settings that might get it up and running?
Anyone know the Customer support numbers for Free Phone Line, Notice
they have recently removed them all.
