time zone not correct

Hi am using the following configuration for time zone
Time Zone: GMT-5
Daylight Savings Time Rule: start=3/8/7/2:00;end=11/1/7/2:00;save=1

I am in Toronto but the time is going back 1 hr on my phone CID.

please suggest

Are you using a PAP2 Linksys? I seem to remember when I had one, that it was a firmware issue and that the only fix was to change the Time Zone. When I got rid of that one and went with the spa112, I no longer had that problem. Love the SPA112 way more than the pap2.
