Address does not appear in address field 911

Hi I tried registering my number to create my account with FPL and noticed that my street name does not appear in the drop down menu.

I know for a fact that my tax bill shows a fee for the 911 service in my area and that Bell has that address on their file.

How can I get my street name added in order to port my number?

You will probably have to send in a support ticket on this one. This has come up a couple of times before, and really getting them to add it is the only option, which unfortunately can't be done through the forum.
