I have a strange issue with my new SIP enabled phone line. This is with the paid SIP configuration:
From one particular cell phone (Rogers) when calling my FPL the call goes directly into the mailbox, and mail goes to email.
All other phones - when calling FPL - ring ok, but if the call not answered the voice mail goes to the phone mailbox, but not into the email
My voice mail settings are:
Voicemail Forwarding Email: my_email_address
Use password for: remote access only
Voicemail to Email: forward
Any help troubleshooting this issue appreciated.

From your FPL phone, dial *73 to disable the call forwarding to voicemail.
In your voicemail settings, change "Voicemail to Email: forward" for "Voicemail to Email: copy"
