Hi,
I have 2 freephoneline accounts.
I am trying to use the FollowMe function from one of my freephoneline accounts. I would like to forward all my calls to another freephoneline number.
When providing my new follow me number, I get the following message: "This number is already used as a FollowMe number by someone else."
I do not understand who else should forward his/her freephoneline number to my number ! Can you please investigate ? I can send you by private message the two FPL numbers.

This sort of thing is either that you have used it on FPL or Fongo before, or what is more likely is someone else has had the number before you and used it so it is still stuck in their system.
Send in a support ticket and it usually gets fixed pretty quickly.

Even if the forward was not allowed from FPL to FPL in the past. Now it is allowed. I am able to forward my FPL number to another FPL number (one of my firends) but not to my second number I have.
