Question on Follow Me Settings -> Sequential ring mode

Hi, I have some questions on the Follow Me Settings -> Sequential ring mode.

In the Follow Me settings, I have:
Status = Enable
Ring Mode = Sequential
Follow Me Mode = Always Call Forward

In the Following Me Numbers, I have:
Follow Me #: 416xxxxxxx
Number of Rings = 8

In the FPL Voice Mail Settings, I have:
Rings before Voicemail = 5

So my questions are:

1: If someone calls my FPL #, and I do not answer it, will the call goes to FPL voice mail at the end of fifth ring, ( and never gets forwarded to the follow me number )?

2: Related to Q1. So what exactly is the difference or relationship between "Following Me Numbers -> Number of Rings" and "FPL Voice Mail Settings -> Rings before Voicemail", if the Follow me Ring Mode is Sequential?

from how i understand it and how I've been using it, it works like this.

it will dial your first number on the follow me list.
it will ring # of times specified.

if you answer within # of rings, it stops.

if you don't answer,
it will go to your next following me number on the list.

if there are no additional numbers to dial, it will go to your fpl voice mail.

the 5 rings set for voice mail i assume that is when someone calls you and you're using the line and doesn't apply above.
