No Caller ID

No Caller ID
After Dec 1, 2015, I can't see the caller ID anymore. Nothing has been changed on my router/ATA/modem. I am using linksys WRTP54G as ATA and Dlink DIR-816L as router. Please help me.Thanks a lot!

From within your WRTP54G's Voice >> User tab, check for CID Setting and be sure it is set to yes.
