voice mail doesnt work if follow me is active

is it possible to keep voice mail active when follow me is active? i set ring before voice mail at 1 ring and it aswering after 1 ring .If i active follow me, it will ring 6 times and the voice mail of one of my follow me number is answering.

excuse for my mystake i speak french.

1) Are you using Freephoneline or Fongo Mobile? If you're using Fongo Mobile, you posted in the wrong forum. The Fongo Mobile forum is here: viewforum.php?f=32.
Also, if you speak French and are using Fongo Mobile, visit viewforum.php?f=40.

2) If you're using Freephoneline, what ring mode are you using? And what Follow Me mode are you using?

If you're using sequential ring mode, reduce the number of rings for each follow me number so that the voicemail from any follow me number can't be triggered. If your cell phone voicemail, for example, always picks up on the 6th ring, then reduce the number of rings for your cellphone number, in your follow me list, to 5 or something lower. If none of the follow me numbers answer the incoming call, then FPL (or Fongo Mobile's) voicemail system will answer the call.

If you're using simultaneous ring mode, increase rings before voicemail to 4 or 5 if a follow me number's voicemail system is answering the call on the 6th ring.
