The tone is cutting for outgoing calls

Hi, i'm with Fongo(freephoneline) for now 2 years , it was working well till now 2 weeks. I can receive all the call and i can hear properly, but when i try to make a call(outgoing) the usual tone is cutting making a a noise, and the call can't be made. Need help plz

Have you tried resetting the VoIP adapter to default settings and re-configuring it, sometimes this helps.

If you have this ATA below:

I believe there is a reset button at the back. Please check the manual that came with your ATA for additional details.

I used this settings for my grandstream ht502 and now is working from 20 hours.

Hope it helps.
The only issue I cannot listen to my voicemails - when I try to listen no 1 or 2 or * no combination to work to listen just to hang up.
The support told me to instal some software to give them access to make the setting remotely.

Today evening Fongo support did a great job and remotely they made the proper settings to my second freephonline with grandstream ht502. Thanks once again. All is working as it should!
