Let me first be forward and say my tone isn't as aggressive as I may type it out to be. I'm quite frustrated, but I can't complain since this *IS* a free service.
I was informed a few months ago about my config being incorrect and not to Fongos specs. So after a week of battling with Asterisk and numerous emails back and forth between Fongo support and myself, I thought I had the issue resolved, but not. The issue I had back then was that I was authenticating too quickly to the servers, and eventually it just knocked me off until I started making requests that were beyond the hour they want. I was down for days and didn't even realize it.
Now, the situation is worse, and I have no idea why.

When I log into the machine within 2 minutes of receiving this 'warning', and restart the PBX software, I'm in for a random amount of time and inbound calls work. I've gone to the extent of writing a cronjob that pokes the status of the server every minute and forces the reload if I get a "No Authentication" error. Before the forced reload I had the system send me text messages saying the phone service was down.
I don't know when this started, or why. Nothing has changed on the system since my last issue. Anyone have any ideas?
My ISP is Rogers and I'm probably over my bandwidth cap so maybe Rogers is 'alarming' about it and its screwing me over with authentication, but then I gotta ask why it isn't every time? I have just changed resolv.conf to point to google on that machine, I've rebooted the PBX, I've done everything I can think of to verify the health of the machine.
I've already submitted a ticket to Fongo (#36222) which was sent Sept 28. I know it was a Saturday, and today is just Monday, but I'm really frustrated having to babysit the phone system when things were working great up until the "great enforcement".

Can you please open a command prompt in your home network and execute this:
ping voip.freephoneline.ca
Please post the output here.
