Hi,

Same thing for me since today (17/01/2014). My device is correctly registred, I can make calls without problems but I can't recieve any. All are redirected to my "follow me" number. When I take a look in Sip settings on the freephoneline customer portal, it say's that my device is disconnected.

What's going on?

Hi there,

I think your issue is different.

Perhaps you can try a factory reset and reconfiguration.

Let me know.

Thanks,

You're right, it's not the same issue.

I was testing a new device (Aastra 9112i). I had disconnected my Obi100 and configured the new phone. It worked fine the day before. I could see the proper user agent name in the customer portal. But for a reason that I ignore, the day after, the phone was still registered to the server (I could do some calls, even call to voicemail) but the status of registration was "disconnected" so all incoming call goes directly to follow me number.

Is it a parameter that your server don't like? (I put all parameters recommended in customer portal)

I can give you my phone number in PM to check my logs (if you have it) and see what's happen this day?

I reput my Obi100 online, it was registrated and it appears in customer portal.

I know that you don't give support on voip unlock key's and I don't need support to configure my device, I just need to know what's happened in your side to correct my side.

Thanks a lot
