Are we currently down on FPL?
On incoming calls, I get a ring, then no audio either way. On outgoing, I get silence, then :The number you dialed 905-xxx-xxxx has not received a response from the service provider"
Nothing has change on my end. My Obi shows "Registered (server=208.65.240.44:5060; expire in 931s)"

Re: Outage Status
Update: Now a few minutes later I get "Register Failed: 401 Unauthorized (server=208.65.240.44:5060; retrying)"
Is this something on my end or FPLs?

A minute later "Register Failed: No Response From Server (server=208.65.240.44:5060; retry in 34s)"
Looks to me like FPL...at least I hope it is.

Re: Outage Status
This sounds like the server is blocking you, probably because one of your timers is set too short.
I can't really help with setting up an Obi, but there is a good guide in the help section and I was told the other day that the online setup thing you can do with Obi is very simple now.
I would factory reset the ATA and then set it up from scratch, using the online thing is possible as I believe it will make sure all the settings are right.
Failing that, open a support ticket and pm the ticket # to fongo support (see sig for links). They can see a lot more about how your account is set up than we could ever guess at.
Let us know how you get on.

Re: Outage Status
I can't see there being anything wrong with my setup. It's been working 100% for months. I've made no changes.
I wanted to see if I was alone in having these issues. It looks like I was.Could be an ISP thing maybe...
One way or another, 8 hours later I'm up and running with no changes. We'll see how it lasts.
