Service Outage

Hi,

I am a Freephoneline.ca user for more than 3 years. I have been very happy with service so far, though sometimes there are some minor problems which gets resolved quickly.

As of this morning, there is no dial tone in my phone. No in coming and no out going. I logged in my account and see the SIP status as 'disconnected'.

Also, I noticed that the call logs also show wrong times. It is showing 5 hours ahead.

Please help.

Me too. I have service this morning. But no service now. Can someone please look into it? I am in Mississauga, Ontario. Thanks.

Hi there,

Please be advise that there is an issue at this time affecting Fongo mobile only.

If you have Freephoneline/Fongo home phone it should work with no issues.

I suggest to power off ATA as outlined here:

http://support.fongo.com/home

Please try and let me know.

I have powered down my ATA twice to no avail. No dial tone or inbound/outbound calls in Barrie, ON. (through Rogers ISP)

Initially I just powered it down for a minutes or so. It did not work.
Then I powered it down about 20 mins as suggested. It works for me.

Yeah. I also did power it off initially for a minute and it did not work. Now when I powered it off for around half an hour, it has started working again.

Took your advice and powered down the ATA for about 1/2 hour to 45 mins. Bingo - up and running once again. Thanks for the tip.

our phone 519-xxx and 519-xxx have not work since this morning. power off 20 minutes didn't help.
I noticed that "SIP Status: disconnected".
please help.
