Hi there,

I am seeing a few issues.

1. Please compare your config and make sure it is same as attached
2. Please remove the IP of HT286 from DMZ on your Hitron
3. Hitron is not working very well in gateway mode- please try to put it in bridge mode and use a decent router

Please try #1 and #2 first and later on perhaps you can consider#3.

Thanks,

Hi there,

With the Hitron modem, I am surprised you stayed online that long.

There are having weird firmware issues.

Please read about it below:

Perhaps you can exchange that modem for a Cisco DCP 3825

Hi there,

I was talking about your cable modem- not wireless router.

Hitron CGN2 or CGN3- same issues.

Thanks,
