my incoming call problem was solved after a simple fix. The support was great too after I opened a ticket.
I just deleted and re-created my freephoneline service provider on my OBi device.

I am having the same issue. I submitted a ticket and sent a PM to support two days ago and haven't heard anything back and still don't have things working. Are others getting this issue resolved?

My problem is now fixed. open a support ticket, you can find the request # on top of the page after you submit the request, write down this request # and send Fongo support a PM with this number, they will response. All they do is to validate your account and force a registration, they will notify you when done. Power off you ATA for a while and then power up again, it will work.

Thanks a lot, Fongo Support.

A. please open a new support ticket http://support.fongo.com/anonymous_requests/new (make sure before submitting, to take down the request # this is so important)
B. Then send a Private Message to Fongo Support about your related issues along with request # ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=7852

No incoming voice - Outgoing voice and dialing OK

I received my unlock key few days ago and configured it on 4 different ATAs - Incoming voice never worked
2 Linksys PAP2 + 1 Grandstream + Linksys Sipura... None of them worked on incoming voice.
All these units worked properly on another Fongo unlock key. So the problem is on the Fongo Side and not on the ATAs side.
How can I get Fongo to verify and reset my profile in their VoIP server?

I have already configured more than 100 ATAs. I know the VoIP technology very well
Please help

See what happens when you power down the modem, ATA and router, and power them up.

What is happening is that the router does not know where to send the incoming audio, and the PAP2 is not helping the router out in any way.

You would get better results manually forwarding RTP ports from the router to the ATA. The default RTP ports for the pap2 are 16384-16482

Hi,
I just got my ATA and I can't get it to work...
It shows as not registered. I got it to ring once, I called my cell phone, but there was no sound coming through. The cell phone did ring though...
The webpage shows me as connected, but I can't make any calls. If I remember correctly I had put sip.fongo.com in the primary sip server field.
Afterwards, no matter what I would put, it wouldn't work. It would show and say in the phone, device not registered.
Any ideas?
BTW the ports are forwarded in my router (5004, 5060, 5061)

Hi there,

Looks like your ata is miss configured.

Configuring it correctly will resolve the issue.

Thanks,

I am having the same problem with ht287 rev.4.1
can some one help me.
this issues happen after moving rogers cable internet.
phone line was fine on my DSL.

I have changed the sip server to voip2.freephoneline.ca
that didn't work.
phone rings on both, I can't hear anything on the head set from the other end.

Hi there,

If you have this modem below from Rogers:

http://www.hitron-americas.com/products/cgn3/

You should open a support ticket to get this resolved.

Thanks,
