I had the same problem in the past, but I did not ask FPL to fix it for me.marginal wrote:and it still shows I have messages in it (flashing mailbox light on the ATA and fast beep on the phone),

The fix was as easy as resetting then re-provisioning the ATA. I hope that it works for you.

Hi cu2, thanks but I already did reboot everything, modem, router and ATA without success.

I understand. What you need to do, as I stated in my post, is reset your ATA. That is, reverting the ATA to factory defaults thereby erasing whatever info you saved in the ATA. (In a PAP2T, we do that from a phone that is connected to the PAP2T by dialing, ****73738 then pressing 1 to confirm). I am not familiar with a Grandstream HT, I am sure you will find the procedure to reset your ATA by googling it, if you can not search it from these boards.marginal wrote:Hi cu2, thanks but I already did reboot everything, modem, router and ATA without success.
Then, you have to re-provision your ATA with the config file that you received from FPL, including tweaks/updates, if any.
There you go...you need to reset, not just reboot the ATA.
Good luck!

So only reboot will not working?
I am not sure if after reboot I won't mess with my settings from vbuzzer, because i have two lines, on my grandstream ht502,one for freephoneline and one for vbuzzer!
