Can't make international calls

This morning I'm unable to make any international calls that starts with 011XXXXXXXXXXXX. I thought it was my ATA or Asterisk, but tried with the softphone with same result.
call log show Network error and Network (WAN) out of order, and call rejected.

I'm assuming you've purchased long distance vouchers / plan?

Yes I have purchased a voucher and made a call yesterday.

I have purchased 2 $5 vochers to make international long distance calls, currently iam using softphone, but when i call india 9195XXXXXXXX6, i am getting the message that its not covered in your tariff plan, please let me know whats happening and how to activate the same

Lead your call with 011 so FPL knows you are attempting to dial an International number. This is standard dialing within North America.

011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number

I cannot dial any international numbers even if my account balance is over $5.00. I got the error message "the number your dialed 01186xxxxxxxxxxx was rejected by service provider. the reason is 502". Call log under my account is "network (wan) out of order".

Please help.

Unfortunately, calls to China aren’t working at the moment.

Unfortunately, calls to China aren’t working at the moment.

Fongo Support Staff might have a better idea, but they aren't obliged to post on the forums.

You'd have to submit a ticket and ask: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Try "World Credits Inquiry" for the final issue type. Provide them with the phone numbers that aren't working.
