Incoming Blocked Calls not working for Softphone

Hi guys,

So basically I am a student and use the softphone for my primary communication. However, I have noticed after the Oct 6th upgrade that I cannot receive incoming calls that are blocked/anonymous/private.

I hear the ring on the softphone but the pop up indicating who is calling does NOT appear. And when I check the call logs, it says anonymous.

Would you please look into this? My FPL number is 16475476278.
