Hi, I have a question about the dialing prefix in FPL.
I have a 647-xxx-xxx FPL phone number. When I dial a 647 area code number, shall I dial "1" first or not, or does it simply no matter?
How about dialing a 416 area code number, or, let's say a Vancouver area code number (considered to be a long-distance call by Bell Canada standard if I am in the 416/647 area)?
I cannot find any FPL online help explicitly mentioning that whether I shall dial "1" first or not.
Shall I dial "1" first or not?

Dialing "1" before the number does not matter.
The call will go thru with or without "1", for local and long disgance calls.

Sorry, I forget to mention that dialing "1" is required when you are prompted to enter your acount to access your voicemail remotedly.
