Didn't receive notification on world credit balance

Previously when my world credit balance went below certain amount I would get notified, but last week I tried making a call over seas only to find out I have used all my credits.

How this be fixed so that I will get notified again moving forward?

PS - before anyone asks yes I've checked my spam and junk folders, nothing.

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you. Perhaps others are experiencing the same problem.
If there's an issue with their notification/email system, you might want to let them know by submitting a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Try "VoIP Unlock Key"-->"World Credits Inquiry" for the issue type.

This has happened again. My world credits expired back in March and I didn't receive any notification.

My world credits expired again today and I didn't receive any notification.

The last notification I received regarding a low credit balance dates back to March of 2016.

Is anyone else having this problem?

You will need to submit a ticket and request to have your billing notification email address updated: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
