Trouble @ HT702 Grandstream. Software version Program -- 1.0
i have freephone line home phone number since last 4 years . i am using grand stream HT702 ATA adaptor, 1.0.8.2. now i decided to buy another phone number so i purchased voip unlock key from freephoneline.ca but after configuration it says this password is not valid. i am not sure what to do. since day one i couldnot run this new phone number. its been 2-3 months now i believe. please help me. i am currently using rogers cable internet highspeed.

Your SIP Password is found after logging in with the appropriate email address at https://www.freephoneline.ca/showSipSettings.
If you're using the correct SIP Username and SIP password, then submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
For the issue type, select VoIP Unlock Key-->My Account Inquiry.
