Hi,
Recently I moved couple of my mobile accounts from Freedom Mobile to Public Mobile. Everything works fine except that calls from my freephoneline number don't get through - sounds like they still getting to Freedom and I hear message - "are you sure you dialed correct number". Is there any way to solve it ? Calls originated from Bell / other wireless providers work fine.

The porting process may not be completed fully yet and may take time. This could be a temporary carrier issue.
Click https://www.twilio.com/lookup, and enter your Public Mobile number. Check to ensure the
carrier listed is Telus Mobile.
If the issue persists, open a support ticket at https://support.fongo.com/anonymous_requests/new.
Select VoIP Unlock Key-->My account inquiry for the issue type.
In the ticket, explain the issue and specify the full phone number you're having difficulty reaching.
If no responds to your support ticket, provide the ticket number in a private message to Fongo Support after logging into the forums: http://forum.fongo.com/ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=7852
