I can get inbound calls but I can't hear them (they hear me fine). I have played around with all the possible settings. Sometimes its fixed, and then few hours/days same problem with no changes in setup. Sometimes just going from voip.freephoneline.ca to voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 does the trick, but guess what couple of days same problem. I have bought a different ATA (SPA112/Obi 200) and same issue persists. Tried DMZ, and same issue persists.
I could understand if it didn't work at all, but its crazy changing few settings does the trick for awhile only to come back to square 1.

Re: Issues with inbound
I'm guessing you switched from a SPA112 to an OBi200, but I'm not positive based on what you wrote. The OBi200 is more powerful.johnsmith2 wrote:I can get inbound calls but I can't hear them (they hear me fine). I have played around with all the possible settings. Also what brand and model modem and router are you using?
If you're using an OBi200, you should be using this PDF guide to check your settings: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 805#p74624.
In particular, pay close attention to point #6 in the preamble on page 3 and, especially, pages 37 to 38.
Proper device boot order matters, in many cases. It should always be modem-->router (wait for it to be fully up and running/passing data)-->ATA (in that order).
If your modem leased a new IP address or you experienced a power outage, that could explain why the problem occurs (again, refer to point #6 on page 3).
voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 is used to circumvent faulty SIP ALG features in routers and modem/router combos.
