I can call any number in the world it seems (free for FPL supported ac/exchanges) and from my World Credit for toll calls.
HOWEVER, I cannot call *ANY* number it seems in the 613-581-xxxx block (in particular numbers assigned to Public Mobile).
The ATA is just fine
- have called various numbers in Italy this morning no problem.
- have called various local Ottawa numbers just fine this morning
- have called a couple of Bell Mobility numbers as well
It is *only* these 613-581-xxxx numbers that result in FPL not processing the call.
Mu OBi-110 informs that the SIP gateway is reporting back "500" (which in SIP parlance is a critical unknown error thrown up by the SIP gateway)
It is as if this exchange is not registered on the book at FPL as a legit exchange?
(If it was legit but would be considered toll, FPL would just draw down on my World Credit)
Help! How do I get FPL/Fongo to rectify dialing into this ac/exchange?
