[SOLVED] DID IssueWe're sorry this number is not in service"

Logged into my FPL account to see if there was any issues, none reported everything is connected and working.
Outgoing calls work. Incoming calls to the DID report as "We're sorry this number is not in service".

Any ideas?

Seems to have resolved itself.
The issue was dialing the DID from every carrier other than FPL.
3rd party Voip to FPL... Not in service message received.
freedom mobile cellphone to FPL... Not in service message received.
FPL to FPL... call goes through.

Woke up this morning... issue seems to have been resolved.
