Hello,
I am receiving "That password is not valid" message when trying to dial out. This is a new problem for me. Started today.
I submitted a support ticket but received a response that they did not deal with this type of issue.
What can I do at this point t recover my SIP password?
Thnx.
Cheers

Re: That password is no valid
Thnx,
I cannot login at that link. Every email address that I could think of I tried; said Invalid Account. I cannot remember the email address I used when I signed up, back in 2012.
What can I do t this point if their tech support is not going to help?
Cheers

For the issue type select VoIP Unlock Key-->My Account inquiry
(You appear to be using FPL with an ATA).
Tell them you can't log into your online account.
They wouldn't help you before for a device configuration issue. That's tech support that isn't free.
But they can with help an account issue. That's completely unrelated to a device configuration problem on your end.
Beyond that, I'm not sure.
