incoming call going straight to the voice mail

I'm new customer.

Could you please help me with the following issue:

After I did configuration, all setups are fine except the incoming calls are going straight to the voice mail.

Please ask admin to fix this issue.

In the future, please state the brand and model router that you're using. And you should always be checking FPL's registration status in your ATA when you're having problems.

Follow all the steps, carefully, from http://forums.redflagdeals.com/freephon ... #p26808549.

Freephoneline does not offer free technical support for device configuration, and only you can contact support.

Support staff is not obliged to respond on these forums.

Until you reach step 12 from the first link I posted, your issue is a configuration issue on your end.

Also note that these three timers are important:
a) Registration Interval: 3600 seconds (1 hour)

b) Registration Expiry: 3600 seconds (1 hour)

c) Failed Registration Re-Try Interval: 120 seconds
